Karlie Kloss, founder of Kode with Klossy and 40-time Vogue cover model, and husband Joshua Kushner, managing partner of venture capital firm Thrive Global, are teaming up to bring back Life Magazine, around 16 years after its last print edition.
Kloss is the CEO of Bedford Media, a new media holding company that will oversee the operations of the revived Life Magazine, including revenue and editorial strategy, as per a press release issued on Thursday.

The publication will make a comeback in both print and digital formats, with a spokesperson from Bedford Media telling the Los Angeles Times that the magazine will likely relaunch as a quarterly edition in early 2025.
Bedford Media recently acquired i-D Magazine and plans to start releasing print issues of the publication this autumn.
Earlier this week, i-D had to let go of 10 staff members from its London office.
Life Magazine was first launched in 1883 and became known for its iconic photography, such as Alfred Eisenstaedt’s famous photo of a sailor kissing a nurse in Times Square.
Life has faced several closures and re-openings since its inception, with its last print issue hitting the stands in 2008.
