Woman Arrested After Shooting at Wellington Housing Block

A woman was arrested following a daylight shooting at the Pukehinau flats in central Wellington, where a masked individual armed with a shotgun confronted a victim around 3:30 PM. The victim attempted to escape by jumping from a balcony, resulting in injury. Detective Senior Sergeant Tim Leitch stated that an altercation occurred before the suspect pursued the victim and fired the shotgun.
