Girls and boys participated in Laerskool Werda’s pageant, Mr and Miss Werda 2024, at the school’s hall, aiming to bring fun back into education as stated by principal Jaco Lombard. Winners in the junior division included Muhluri Ngobeni and Lihle Nobula, while Njabulo Nkosi and Nicole Moloi were crowned in the senior division, emphasizing the school’s focus on creating an enjoyable learning environment. The event showcased talent and glamour, with the aim of fostering a positive school experience for the learners and their families.
