Embiid (sinus fracture) to be out at least 1 week

Philadelphia 76ers’ Joel Embiid is out indefinitely with a sinus fracture after sustaining an injury in a game against the Indiana Pacers. This adds to his history of facial injuries, including a previous orbital bone fracture. The Sixers, also dealing with the loss of rookie Jared McCain to a torn meniscus, have a 7-16 record this season.
