Perth Scorchers will face Brisbane Heat without Test seamer Michael Neser, who remains with the Australian Test squad after not being released for the match. In contrast, the Scorchers welcome back Jhye Richardson to strengthen their bowling line-up. Brisbane Heat’s Usman Khawaja has been recalled to the Test side, and they will also see the return of spinner Matthew Kuhnemann.
