Astronaut Jeremy Hansen’s moon mission inspires students at his alma mater

Students at Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute have launched the Artemis II Explorers Club, inspired by a Lego model rocket project. The club is following the upcoming Artemis II mission, which will include astronaut Jeremy Hansen, a graduate of the school and the first Canadian to travel near the moon. Hansen’s parents visited the school to support the students, who are excited about their connection to space exploration and the accomplishments of their hometown hero.
