Fertility Associates apologizes for missing embryos at clinic

An Auckland fertility clinic has apologized to a family after losing frozen embryos in its care. The missing embryos, which were reported last year, have not been transferred to another patient, according to Fertility Associates’ chief medical officer, Dr. Andrew Murray. The incident has raised concerns about the handling of sensitive reproductive materials within the clinic.
