ReactOS is a free Windows-like OS developed from scratch without Microsoft code, targeting compatibility with Server 2003. The latest version, 0.4.15, just launched after a four year wait, offering Plug and Play fixes, audio improvements, and registry healing. While still in alpha, future plans include UEFI support, a new graphical installer, and broader application compatibility.
