The value of Israel’s defence exports reached a record high of almost $15bn in 2024, a 13% increase from the previous year, with a focus on missiles, rockets, and air-defence systems. European militaries received over half of the exports, followed by countries in the Asia Pacific region, especially India. Despite facing allegations of genocide and war crimes, Israeli arms companies continue to market their products as “battle-tested” and in high demand, particularly for surveillance technology and artificial intelligence.
