The Israel army acknowledged that it “failed” to prevent a deadly attack on West Bank settlers by a Palestinian gunman. The attack resulted in the killing of three Israelis and wounding of several others. Despite efforts to stop the attacker, the army was unable to prevent the tragic incident.
