Iranian FM warns that Europe has ‘eliminated justification for talks’ with UN nuclear watchdog after triggering snapback sanctions.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that cooperation with the UN nuclear watchdog is now “irrelevant” due to the reinstatement of international sanctions by Britain, France, and Germany, which he claims has diminished their role in future negotiations regarding Iran’s nuclear program. He criticized the IAEA for perceived double standards and emphasized that Iran will continue to uphold its treaty obligations, while expressing openness to diplomacy despite recent tensions.
