The Cite-des-Prairies rehabilitation center for troubled youth is under investigation for allegations of sexual misconduct, with nine female employees accused of having sexual relationships with at least five minor residents. The regional health authority has temporarily removed two managers and suspended or fired several employees. Quebec’s youth and family minister, Lionel Carmant, has called the situation “intolerable” and stresses the importance of preventing sexual abuse of vulnerable youth by those in positions of authority.

Mark Murphy's final day as Packers team president will be July 25
