The US military, with support from UK forces, successfully seized two oil tankers linked to Venezuela and Russia, suspected of evading sanctions. The operation involved the capture of the Marinera and Sophia in the Caribbean, following a two-week pursuit by US Coast Guard. Footage shared by Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem showed US forces boarding one of the vessels.
