India Arrests Kashmir Man in Connection with Delhi Car Blast

Indian authorities have arrested Amir Rashid Ali, an accomplice of a suicide bomber responsible for a deadly car explosion near the Red Fort in New Delhi that killed 12 and injured 32. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) linked Ali to the vehicle used in the attack, which he allegedly facilitated by purchasing. Investigations continue for additional suspects, with the government labeling the incident a “heinous terror attack.” Meanwhile, a separate explosion in Srinagar killed nine, ruled an accident by local police.
