A 40-year-old woman is facing criminal charges after colliding with a parked LaSalle police cruiser while officers were investigating a car accident. The driver allegedly failed to slow down, hit the cruiser, and fled the scene. Police followed and arrested the impaired driver, charging her with impaired driving, dangerous driving, and failing to remain at the scene of a collision. Her license was suspended, and the vehicle was impounded. No injuries were reported.
