Illinois Men Sue OnlyFans for ‘Deception’ of Chat With Models

Two Illinois men have filed a class-action lawsuit against OnlyFans, alleging that messages they received as part of their subscriptions may not have been directly from the models they thought they were messaging. The suit accuses Fenix Internet LLC and Fenix International Limited of deception, claiming that fans were misled into believing they were interacting directly with creators. OnlyFans has not publicly responded to the lawsuit as of now.
