Illegal immigrant in Texas wanted for allegedly raping child in Mexico repatriated back to native country

ICE Houston handed over accused child rapist Nestor Flores Encarnacion to Mexican authorities at a border crossing in Laredo, Texas. The 58-year-old undocumented alien, wanted in Mexico for raping a child, illegally entered the U.S. four times before being apprehended by ICE and deported. Flores was located in Houston, placed into immigration proceedings, and granted voluntary departure before being repatriated to Mexico.
