Brazilian migrant indicted for selling fraudulent DHS ID cards

A Brazilian national, Mario Cesar Dos Santos, Jr., has been indicted for creating a fraudulent Department of Homeland Security branch and selling fake DHS and FBI identification cards. Operating under the guise of the “Chaplain Emergency Management Agency,” he charged $400 per participant for bogus training seminars, misleading attendees into believing the IDs would grant them immunity from immigration enforcement. Dos Santos faces deportation proceedings after overstaying his visa.
