The iFixit teardown of the PS5 Pro reveals that Sony has made one notable change in the Pro model by making it easier to access the CMOS battery, which is now located under the faceplates and behind a hatch with just one screw. This improvement allows for a simpler process of replacing the battery compared to the previous PS5 models, where it required disassembling most of the console. While the PS5 Pro offers exceptional performance, its $700 price tag may be a downside for some consumers.
