Hurricane Kiko, currently 635 miles east of Hilo, Hawaii, is expected to weaken as it tracks north of the islands, with sustained winds decreasing from 120 mph to 110 mph. While direct impacts are diminishing, forecasters warn of dangerous surf and rip currents along eastern shores, with waves reaching 10 to 15 feet.
