Hotel called 911 about Liam Payne ‘breaking the whole room’ while intoxicated before his fatal fall

The head of reception at a hotel in Argentina contacted emergency services after a guest, later identified as Payne, fell from a balcony and died. Payne, who had been in Argentina playing polo, was mentioned in Snapchat posts where he discussed his trip and mentioned his girlfriend heading back to Florida. The U.K. Foreign Office is working with local authorities on the case, while firefighters removed Payne’s body as fans gathered at the scene. Payne’s representatives have not yet commented on the incident.
