OTTAWA — A Postmedia-Leger poll reveals a stark emotional divide between Conservative and Liberal voters in the ongoing election. Three-quarters of Conservative supporters express hope for a better future, while 60% of Liberals cite fear, largely influenced by U.S. President Donald Trump’s actions. Nationally, 51% of voters are motivated by hope, with the Liberals leading at 43% support, followed by Conservatives at 38%, and Trump impacting 58% of voter decisions to some extent.
