HMM ships out product tanker brace

South Korean shipowner HMM has sold two 2008-built MR product tankers for $20.5 million each to undisclosed buyers, following their significant buying spree last year. The company has additional MR product carriers on order at HD Hyundai Mipo and recently sold a 2010-built capsize bulker to Korea Line. HMM has ambitious expansion plans, with a massive investment to nearly double its container fleet and triple its tanker and dry bulk fleets by 2030.
