Hiker Hadi Nazari survived for two weeks in the Kosciuszko National Park in Australia by eating muesli bars, foraged berries, and creek water before being rescued by a group of hikers. He had gone missing on Dec. 26 while separated from his companions, but was found in good condition despite walking 10 kilometers through steep terrain. Searchers had been optimistic about finding him alive due to his experience and equipment, and he only needed treatment for dehydration upon rescue.
