Here’s how 2025 Windsor budget could change parking fees, enforcement

In Windsor, the city council has approved a 2025 municipal budget amendment that will increase parking meter enforcement hours until 7 p.m., generating an estimated $130,000 in additional annual revenue. Hourly rates for parking meters, lots, and garages will also rise by $0.25 to $2.25, with monthly rates for lots and garages increasing by three per cent, expected to bring in around $235,000 in extra revenue annually.
