Heathrow airport closed live: At least 1,350 flights affected after substation fire causes massive power outage

Heathrow Airport has been closed until at least midnight tonight due to a major power outage following a fire at a west London electrical substation. British Airways has suspended all flights out of the global hub, with significant disruption expected in the coming days. Over 1,330 flights and 291,000 passengers were affected, with no clarity on when power will be restored, as firefighters work to tackle the fire and evacuate nearby homes.
