Harvard researcher Kseniia Petrova was indicted on additional charges, including concealment of a material fact and smuggling goods, related to her alleged attempt to smuggle clawed frog embryos into the U.S. She faces up to 20 years in prison for smuggling and up to five years for the other charges, despite claiming she did not know the items needed to be declared.
