Tucson gun shop owner Phillip Martin reported that an FBI agent requested his assistance in identifying recent firearm purchases linked to a list of 18 to 24 individuals while searching for missing person Nancy Guthrie. Martin entered the names into his store’s system but found no matches. He initially questioned the request but agreed to help for Guthrie’s family’s sake. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos later refuted claims that authorities had narrowed down the suspect pool.
