Greenfield man charged in hit-and-run that injured 2 pedestrians

A Greenfield man, Vladimir Sinigur, faces charges after allegedly hitting two pedestrians with his car and fleeing the scene. The charges include hit-and-run with personal injury, hit-and-run with property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Sinigur had appeared in court earlier in the month for other motor vehicle charges.
