The accused graffiti vandal behind “Pam the Bird,” Jack Gibson-Burrell, 21, has made a fresh bid for freedom, with his grandmother promising to keep him in line if released. He is accused of breaking into train stations, abseiling off buildings, stabbing a man, punching a worker, stealing cars, and ramraiding a Nandos restaurant. Despite being denied bail previously, his grandmother, Joan Bell, offered her home in Geelong as a stable address, along with job prospects and a $30,000 surety, to reduce the risk of reoffending. The court is set to decide on his bail on Thursday morning.
