Google has enhanced its Workspace suite by allowing users to block off time in Google Calendar for specific tasks, complete with descriptions and preferences for do not disturb and visibility settings. This feature aims to improve productivity for those who prefer scheduling over to-do lists. Initially rolled out in early November for Rapid Release domains, it will gradually become available to all users by December 1. The update will be accessible by default for both Google Workspace customers and personal account users.
