Geoscience Australia records 3.6 magnitude earthquake near Greater Bendigo

A 3.6 magnitude earthquake was recorded in the Greater Bendigo region in Victoria on November 5, 2024, near Barnadown at 6.41am, according to Geoscience Australia. Originally reported as a 3.5 magnitude earthquake, it was later upgraded to 3.6 magnitude. Some individuals reported feeling the earthquake, which occurred months after a magnitude 4.0 earthquake hit Victoria on August 8, 2024.
