A 16-year-old Georgia teen, Lequan Stephens, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault related to two shootings after being turned in by his father. Police found a juvenile shot in the face and neck in a vehicle during a response to a shooting in Lovejoy. Authorities obtained warrants for Stephens, who had been evading capture for over 48 hours, following a coordinated operation involving multiple agencies. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation also linked him to a separate shooting incident.
