University of Georgia sorority girl Lily Stewart, known as “Miss America” for her viral mugshot, was arrested for a second time, this time for obstruction of a law enforcement officer and loitering/prowling. Stewart, a sophomore at UGA, was released on $4,600 bond and declined to comment through her attorney. Her initial arrest for speeding in March gained her social media fame, with many offering to pay her bail and praising her mugshot, which she described as unflattering in comparison to her real-life appearance.
