A 12-year-old boy in Georgia suffered second-degree burns on his face after his friends poured scalding water on him while he slept at a sleepover. He underwent surgery and is now recovering at home, facing at least two weeks of healing. The family is struggling financially due to medical bills and the mother is grateful for the support received as her son goes through counseling to regain trust in people.
