George Foreman, a heavyweight boxing champion known for his improbable return to the ring at age 45 and his successful grill business, died at 76. Winning the world title in 1994 by defeating Michael Moorer, Foreman was part of boxing’s golden era in the 1970s with Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali. Despite religious beliefs and a youth center, Foreman was lured back to boxing for financial reasons, ultimately making a successful comeback in his 40s.
