A recent Google survey of 1,005 Gen Z and millennial knowledge workers found that 93% of Gen Z and 79% of millennials are using AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini AI to complete office tasks. These young leaders are open about their use of AI, sharing insights with colleagues and recommending tools they find helpful. While AI is seen as a way to improve communication and automate repetitive tasks, there is also concern about job replacement, with 62% of Gen Z believing their jobs could be replaced by AI in the next decade.
