These young leaders are open about their use of AI, sharing insights with colleagues and recommending tools they find helpful. While AI is seen as a way to improve communication and automate repetitive tasks, there is also concern about job replacement, with 62% of Gen Z believing their jobs could be replaced by AI in the next decade.
