SINGAPORE: The People’s Action Party (PAP) will field four new candidates in the Nee Soon GRC for the upcoming General Election, with Home Affairs and Law Minister K Shanmugam remaining as the sole incumbent. The newcomers include Goh Hanyan, Syed Harun Alhabsyi, Jackson Lam, and Lee Hui Ying, while incumbents Louis Ng, Carrie Tan, and Derrick Goh will not be contesting. In the last election, PAP secured 61.9% of the votes, and they will be challenged by a Red Dot United team this time.
