Gazans rebuild homes from rubble in preparation for winter

Abdelrahman Abu Anza in war-torn Gaza is using rubble from his destroyed family home to build a shelter for winter protection, as Israeli bombardment has left over 70% of civilian housing damaged or destroyed. With many Gaza residents displaced and facing cold temperatures, makeshift homes are being built using limited resources and antiquated techniques. Despite the lack of cement due to an Israeli blockade, residents like Muhammad Shanino are resorting to building with stones and clay to prepare for the approaching winter in the besieged territory.
