Israeli airstrikes in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza Strip killed at least nine people, including aid workers and journalists. The Israeli military claimed to be targeting terrorists operating a drone, while Gaza civil defense stated they were aid workers from the Al-Khair Foundation. The incident occurred in a ‘free movement area’ far from the restricted buffer zone. Hamas called the strikes an escalation amid stalled ceasefire negotiations.
