A man named Ori Weiser was fined $750 for stopping his car briefly to allow his sick dog to vomit on the grass in Cottesloe. Weiser, who runs a gardening business, pulled over in a nearly empty part of a carpark across from Cottesloe General Store. He claims the incident occurred on Marine Parade last Wednesday and insists he only stopped for a minute to tend to his dog.
