Four individuals, two men aged 38 and 39 and two women aged 31 and 40, were arrested by French police in connection with the Louvre museum heist where jewels worth an estimated £76 million were stolen. The suspects are being interrogated as part of an ongoing investigation, following earlier arrests of three men and one woman last month. The robbery, carried out in October, involved thieves using a stolen lift to access the museum and escape on scooters after breaking open display cases. Art detective Arthur Brand emphasized the urgency for police to recover the stolen items before they are dismantled.
