The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed that four people were killed in a shooting at Apalachee High School in Barrow County. The shooting suspect is alive and in custody. Barrow County Sheriff Jud Smith stated that there were multiple injuries and held a press conference addressing the incident.
