Neal Dahlen, former Broncos GM, dies at 85

Former Broncos general manager Neal Dahlen has passed away at the age of 85. He won seven Super Bowl rings, the second-most in history, and was pivotal in the Broncos’ first two titles while also contributing to five Super Bowl victories with the 49ers. Dahlen served as the Broncos’ general manager from 1999-2001 and was known for his success in Super Bowls, finishing with a perfect 7-0 record. A California native and former collegiate quarterback, he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from San Jose State.
