Brock Horner, a 40-year-old Florida man, was arrested after unlawfully boarding a fisherman’s boat in Punta Gorda amid a verbal confrontation. Horner has been charged with burglary with assault or battery. The incident was captured on video and went viral on social media platforms. Horner’s attorney issued a statement apologizing for his client’s actions and asking for understanding and room for growth. The Fisherman’s Village in Punta Gorda has severed all association with Horner.
