Epstein, described as a “Mossad Agent” in an FBI memo, had ties to Israel and was close with former Prime Minister Ehud Barak. The proposal, originating from real estate investor Jonathan D Fascitelli, included the chance for Epstein to become a co-owner of the Pentagon-area building.
