Felicia fire chars 300 acres, strands boaters at Lake Piru

A fire named the Felicia fire broke out near Lake Piru in Ventura County, quickly spreading to nearly 300 acres by evening. The flames trapped six boaters lakeside, while threatening three to five structures, including homes and a U.S. Forest Service fire station.
