Authorities arrested Bahram Hassanshahi, also known as “Persian Sean,” for his involvement in selling an Encino house fraudulently. Hassanshahi and his accomplices allegedly used stolen identities to forge power of attorney forms and sell properties illegally, leading to the suicide of one victim. Hassanshahi reportedly received $180,000 from the sale of Robert Tascon’s property.
