Fear and gunshots after Rwanda-backed rebels claim takeover of Congo city

Residents in Goma, Congo woke up to uncertainty as Rwanda-backed rebels claimed to have captured the city amid escalating violence in the region. The M23 rebels, supported by Rwanda, have been vying for control in the mineral-rich area, leading to a humanitarian crisis with millions displaced. The U.N.
