Family expresses concern at British couple detained in Iran on security charges

Relatives of British couple Craig and Lindsay Foreman detained in Iran express distress and concern over their situation, as they were traveling on motorbikes and detained in Kerman on security-related charges. The family is working with U.K. officials to secure their safe return, with the U.K. ambassador meeting with the couple and providing consular assistance. Iran has a history of detaining Western nationals on security charges, with the recent release of British-Iranian aid worker Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe after more than five years of imprisonment.
